What happens if a unit is vacant?
You pay nothing for that unit while it is vacant. Our incentive is to fill it — listings syndicate to major rental networks automatically.
How do I get paid?
Rent is collected into our client trust account and disbursed to you, net of the 8% fee. Nothing to set up on your end — no Stripe account, no onboarding.
