Is the data about my property real?
Your address, ZIP and stated rent are real, and the AI is the same models the live product runs on. The tenant, the lease, the payment history and the repairs are generated sample data so you can see how the product behaves. The final chapter lists exactly which is which.
Will anything be charged or sent?
