Do I need to sign up?
No account and no password. Enter your address and we'll pull the public property record and show you what we find first — beds, baths, size, year built. We ask for a name and email only after that, to build the portal and send you the link.
Is the data about my property real?
Partly, and the tour tells you exactly which parts. Your address and the beds, baths, square footage and year built come from public property records. The rent is either your own figure or a market estimate. The AI is the same models the live product runs on. The tenant, the lease, the payment history and the repairs are generated so you can see how the product behaves — the final chapter lists the split for your specific tour.
Will anything be charged or sent?
The tour creates no account, charges no card, and contacts no vendor. We email you your own link, and someone from our team follows up once — reply and say no thanks and that’s the end of it.
How long does it take?
About eight minutes to go through everything, but the link stays live and remembers where you stopped, so you can do it in pieces or forward it to a partner.
